Description:  Our group will center on our identity in Christ, our inheritance in Christ and His power that works in us.  In todays culture of quick, fast and in a hurry, we produce christians rather than grow believers.  This always leads to frustration and a powerless christianity.  In Acts 11: 26, they were called disciples before they were called christians.  A disciple is simply a "Learner of the Truth."
Everyone is welcomed to come and learn with us what he has already "done" so that we can truly live the abundant life.  In Phillippians 2:12, we are commanded to "Work Out" what He has already "Worked In."

Description: Proverbs 25:25 says, " Like cold water to a weary soul is good news from a distant land."  I can think of nothing that better describes LIFE group than "cold water."  It's that time of refreshing that is most needed in our lives- sometimes through fellowship, worship, teaching, prayer or good food and a literal glass of cold water.  When Cheryl and I came to COTR, we were definitely in need of refreshing and making new friends.  LIFE groups gave us that opportunity.  Come join us for some cold water.

Description: We have a great group of people ranging in ages from 19 to 40! Some are couples, some are single, some are married and their spouse is unable to attend. Most but not all have children ranging in age from newborn to 15. We often have family events.

We begin our meetings with a meal and fellowship and then have a time of ministry, we close this time with prayer requests and praise reports, then end the evening with more fellowship.

Our meetings usually last from 6:30 to aprox. 9:30. This group is very supportive and encouraging.

Description: Our group ranges from early 20s to mid-30s.  Therefore, our focus is on young people in transition:  beginning new careers, newly married, starting a family, etc.  Most meetings consist of fellowship/snacks, worship, teaching and discussion.  Often we have game nights that are full of fun!
